O hotel em si já é um evento à parte. Lugar lindo, natureza por todo lado, muita história preservada e os serviços oferecidos são simplesmente impecáveis. Você sai do hotel querendo ficar.

Hotel bom!! Porem o acesso a piscina termica é fora da area dos quartos, no hotel, no inverno é um baita problema, devido ao frio intenso, muito vento, em Canela, sendo bem desconfotavel o trajeto entre quarto e piscina.

Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, nós ficamos impressionados com a boa conservação. Ainda estão com áreas fechadas e necessitando de revitalização, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência. Amamos o quarto: muito limpo, clássico, chuveiro maravilhoso! Café da manhã uma delícia, bem farto. Área verde abundante.. brinquedoteca com recreacionista. Funcionários fazem fogo de chão quando vc pede. Amei o custo benefício. Com certeza foi um dos melhores hotéis que já ficamos. Voltaremos!
