Faz anos que vou para Canela e esse hotel, de longe, é o melhor que já fui. A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa. Logo na chegada ganhamos cookies quentinhos de cortesia e um upgrade de quarto. O quarto era extremamente limpo, aconchegante e perfeito. O café da manhã era simplesmente maravilhoso, com menu e buffet de excelentes. Hotel nota 9,5 com excessão do chuveiro, nota 0, ficava frio de uma hora para outra, e depois esquentava a ponto de pelar. Falei com a recepção, disseram que iriam verificar e ajustar a caldeira, porém não resolveram, continuou o mesmo problema. Pensei em reservar novamente em junho/2026 mas enquanto estiver frio, vou em outro hotel.
