This place is amazing! Staff is welcoming and kind. They were unbelievably accommodating when our flights delayed our arrival. The views are the best on the island for sunset. We stayed here for one night, and while the staff was very friendly and welcoming, our overall experience was disappointing. We arrived late and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was overpriced for what we received. The dining area also had several small flying bugs, which made it difficult to enjoy our meal. I understand it was an open-air setting, but it was still unpleasant. The room itself was clean, but it felt outdated and not worth the price we paid. We also had issues with the air conditioning. The remote control in our room didn't work, and we were only able to get the air conditioner working because the remote from another room happened to work with our unit. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. The shower had extremely poor water pressure, and there was little to no water coming from the showerhead. On top of that, we only had cold water, making for a very uncomfortable shower. This alone significantly impacted our stay. Overall, while the staff was kind and the room was clean, the condition of the room, the bathroom, the air conditioning issues, and the value for the price made this stay very disappointing. I don't feel the experience justified what we paid.

The Heritage Inn is a wonderful place to stay! My husband and I took a mini honeymoon and the room was all we needed. The kitchen was an added plus! This place has spectacular views, maybe the best of the entire island and the location is just a short drive to Cane Garden Bay, Smugglers Cove, the ferry, and other great restaurants! Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower (it was very soft). The staff and atmosphere were amazing! We hope to return in the future!
