They don't clean room daily. I had nice clean room at #118 room. But there was a loose tile on the floor by bathroom door. I told manager about it. The maid told me that someone will come and fix it. But manager decided to move me from #118 room to #120 room. It is better. Then saw dirty and bugs on the floor. I called maid. She came and swept it for about 5- 10 minutes then leave. She didn't mop it. Next day I asked manager for room cleaning. He said they don't clean room every day and if I want it cleaning . They will charge me extra for daily room cleaning. Also windows looks dirty and cloudy.

Went through 5 rooms before agreeing on 1. Hair in the sheets. Bugs in shower. Water puddle in middle of 1 room. Family/owners staying at property l. Slamming doors all throughout the day.!!cleaning all rooms with same old swiffer! No mop and fresh water.
Wouldn’t recommend! Stay away!
