“I cannot rate The Astor in Goa high enough. We used Goa as a stop gap for our India holiday and it was amazing. I had an upgrade and used the Spa and Gym as well as the pool which was welcoming after being in the sun. The staff were fab, very friendly and considerate, couldn't do enough, always helpful. Food was also delicious, Ishani looked after us throughout, always with a smile on her face. Thank you to everyone at The Astor, hopefully return soon.”

“There was no hospitality and effective concierge service. The kettle was in a rusted condition. The hotel had to benchmark other Fortune hotels in India to qualify their 4 star requirements and should match the service. Otherwise Overall I can suggest 2.5 star only.”

“I stayed with my girlfriend for 6 days at the Lemon Tree Resort and we really enjoyed the time there. The room was very clean and well equipped, the staff was incredibly friendly. The location of the resort is very good, very close to the main street but not noisy at all and 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. So, it´s a great place to stay!”

“The location is good, can be noisy all night if your room is at the front of the hotel. Rooms are not soundproof so if you plan a lie in you may get the noise from the pool area. Cleanliness can Definetly be improved, property also needs maintenance rather than excuses for issues. Some of the front office staff were really good but otherwise the the staff and Restaraunt’s staff were quite poor.”

“I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. I'm hoping hotels.com would reconsider and provide a refund for the nights I didn't stay as I had to move to a better hotel and now paid for 2 hotels. I'm a...

“Es un hotel que necesita mejoras. Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación oliendo de estar cerrada mucho tiempo y los sofás sucios. Nos cambiaron a otra que era algo mejor. La comida es pasable. Lo mejor es sus empleados y la piscina. Es el único hotel que hemos estado hasta ahora donde sacan un foto del huésped al registrar.”

“The staff and the general facilities and the room were great. Just two downsides. 1. During my stay they decided to drain the swimming pool and regrout and refill. We were told that this would take two days. My time at the hotel finished after 4 days and the pool was still not open. It would have been a good idea to do this maintenance work during the low season rather than with a hotel full of holidaymakers. 2. Strangely you were only allowed to use one device on the Wi-Fi.
