The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. Exceptional customer service from Ana, Katarin, and Roberto. They went above and beyond to provide amazing service. Location is beautiful and very accessible from the Pan American Highway.

The water heather was not working but everything else was great. I traveled with kids, beds were very comfortable, friendly staff. Breakfast is a typical Salvadoran breakfast but if you’re not happy with it there is a Denny's 20 minutes away.

A clean, well appointed with great, pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff. The location is well away from Santa Ana and is extremely quiet. Options for restaurants are limited but there are various local food options. Breakfast is delivered to the hotel but is a bit of breakfast roulette. You know what it is when the container is open. However, we had no complaints with what we got. It was pretty good
