The king pool view room was dreamy! The whole property felt like a private mansion, in a secluded location (but near the airport). Food was average but we still loved the beauty and peacefulness of the hotel. I wouldn’t stay here more than 1-2 nights unless you have a car tho.

After a very long day and a scary evening, we booked this place last mintue. Litterally 1 hour from booking to arrival. Drivng in we were a little bit hesitant because it was super dark. We checked in without issue. Coming into the site off the street was like a hidden paradise. BEAUTIFUL. I am so glad we had an emergency that we needed to book and discover this hidden gem. Our entire experience was amazing. The coffee was dreamy and the staff amazing! Highly recommend, I will be back with my family in tow.

Arrived afterhours. Easy to enter Villa Palmeras as codes and room number provided previously. Room nice, but we had been traveling for 18 hours and did not carry water with us. We had expected to have drinkable water in the room for the three people registered but none was available. As it was afterhours (10 pm) no front desk people to ask. Purchased breakfast in the morning prior to departure. Outstanding food!

The restaurant food was all homemade from scratch and MADE WITH LOVE. There was no need to go out for food or have it delivered because the onsite restaurant was OUTSTANDING!!! The staff was courteous, the food was great, and the prices even better! However, the room toiletries dispensers were all empty, what appeared to be a hot tub was actually cold with a non heated pool. They advertise a sports bar, but there was no Television, only a projector that you had to hook up yourself. Being out of country made this function not work, so the Super Bowl at a sports bar was a flop. But for the price it was a nice stay and convenient by the airport with a driver easily arranged for us.
