Spacious and clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice linens. Fully stocked fridge and snacks in the room. Food was delicious at all of the restaurants, however sometimes frustrating having to make reservations for dinner.

Best all inclusive resort my family and I have been to in Mexico! Great service and great food! The staff were amazing and very helpful. They try their best to make your experience wonderful. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back with more family and friends!

The ocean view room and amenities in the room were excellent- it also included a washer/dryer unit. The staff were exceptional. We prefer resorts with buffet- our downside of this resort was the need to book resraurants. The system showed restaurants booked solidly but when you walked over there were ample spots. It was annoying to wait for bill st restaurants when you are on all inclusive.

Thank you for a wonderful stay during our recent visit to villa del palmar Cancun. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality, comfortable room, and great service from everyone on your team. We specially loved the prime attention that we received from Benito in the beach area, Jorge from the pool area and the lifeguard on duty David they definitely made our trip special. I also wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the thorough and high-quality cleaning Noemi did for our room. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We have been to this resort 7 or 8 times now and it’s by far our favorite place to go. We opt for the 1BR ocean view suite. The resort itself is always clean and well maintained. The bed has always been comfortable for us. The food is good and enough options. One of us drinks, one of us doesn’t and we will typically go off resort at least a couple times for other dining options, so we don’t always do AI, but if you drink, it would probably be worthwhile.

My family had a wonderful stay here. The view from our room was beautiful and the food at the restaurants was delicious. One member in our party also booked a spa treatment and said that experience was lovely. We will definitely try to come back here in future years.

This place is great. Fun pools, super chill, no partiers, maybe 20% full in October so no competition for a pool spot. My daughter loved it. Let’s talk about the tipping. You can’t walk out of a restaurant until you get a “bill” that shows how much the food would have cost if you weren’t at an all inclusive (which you are) and then you have to tip on that bill. Staff will occasionally double the actual number of items on your bill (to increase their tip presumably?). We’d come back knowing to budget an extra few hundred dollars in tips. Of course the staff deserve it! We just weren’t expecting it based on the description.

What a dream vacation! Our suite was perfectly sized, giving everyone space for family meals, relaxing, or privacy in their own bedrooms. The staff was amazing, especially Otikio, Victor (by the cabanas), and Daniel (Sommelier). I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation in paradise!
