Good but boring for 7 nights with 3 kids 6/9/11 yrs old. They do not like kids club. They were just boring. So we’re driving out to public beaches and cenotes and locals markets for morning and afternoon comeback to resort and enjoy at swimming pools and Cafe for drinks. Loved Iced Americano. Cafe open 7am to 10pm. But the resort beach wasn’t good(BAD) couldn’t even get near to beach. Sargassum was very heavy and smelly. Overall good and Food was average,

This is a good resort that has the best options of restaurants, several good options. However, the the beache is very bad, non-enjoyable. They should remove all the rocks and have a sandy beach, I love the resort but without the proper beach, it's hard to come back.

Great pools, loved the food court style lunch option. We were there in Aug so lots of sun beds and umbrellas were available. We were able to book à la carte every evening easily. Beach has brown water. Occasional bad smell. Only one pool has a swim up bar at the marina Easily was able to walk to all 3 resorts you get access to. Golf carts are quick and easy to catch a ride if you don’t want to walk.

The room was absolutely beautiful & very clean. The pools were clean & the slide, jump cliff & pool bar were great. The beach was not usable due to the June algae bloom but, the entire resort made up for it! The resort is so clean, great entertainment, FANTASTIC food selection & flavors! Staff was pleasant.

This is a gorgeous resort and the staff are so friendly. We had a great trip. We just wished we could have gotten better times for dinner reservations or reservations at all. Even without them we had a lovely time and will return. It’s a beautiful resort.

Great stay as you get access to all resorts and their amenities for the price! You get multiple infinity pools and it isn’t as busy as other resorts where you’re fighting for a spot in the pools. Staff was always friendly and helpful all around the resort! It isn’t a busy resort but downside is that there are kids allowed if that is a dealbreaker for you. They do have adult only areas and pools which makes up for the areas with kids. Food is okay and it doesn’t change much so if you’re there for a long stay (around a week) you can get tired of breakfast or lunch.

Another excellent vacation at our favorite resort (second time this year). We have frequented this resort since 2019 with it remaining at the top of our list. The resort is always clean and beautiful, food is delicious, and pools are excellent. Our platinum reservation was made even better by dedicated support from Alfredo, Hugo, and Sebastian who truly went above and beyond. They made sure to always be in contact and assisted when needed. We had excellent pool side service delivered by Luis, Roger, and Humberto. Every restaurant we went to the service was excellent, and food with flavors to make your taste buds celebrate, my kids truly enjoy all the food options. I'll be back soon.
