This is a good resort that has the best options of restaurants, several good options. However, the the beache is very bad, non-enjoyable. They should remove all the rocks and have a sandy beach, I love the resort but without the proper beach, it's hard to come back.

The room was absolutely beautiful & very clean. The pools were clean & the slide, jump cliff & pool bar were great. The beach was not usable due to the June algae bloom but, the entire resort made up for it! The resort is so clean, great entertainment, FANTASTIC food selection & flavors! Staff was pleasant.

This is a gorgeous resort and the staff are so friendly. We had a great trip. We just wished we could have gotten better times for dinner reservations or reservations at all. Even without them we had a lovely time and will return. It’s a beautiful resort.

The beach is pretty much closed on July and there’s seaweed covering the shore which causes a pretty bad smell, so make sure to check beforehand if your main goal is to see the water. Free food but the quality is poor. Free drinks 24/7 so if you like to do that you’ll enjoy yourself. Butlers are genuinely nice people but sometimes it takes a while for a golf cart to come to your room. Although the golf carts are fun to be on. Room itself is clean and well taken care of and the beds are comfortable and there’s some really good TV channels. Overall a decent experience

The beach was disappointing at the time of the year we visited but that’s not the resorts fault. It was sargassum season. During our trip it was low season at the resort, so we got no lines on the bars/restaurants, which I guess can be different in high season. The entertainment was great. Lots of options of delicious food. And shows at night that we also enjoyed. Our family had a blast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff was very friendly, and we especially want to recognize our butlers, Alfred and Sebastian. They were always available, responsive, and provided excellent service. The food was good, the pools were nice, and the resort itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, there are a few downsides. There is essentially no beach, and swimming in the ocean is not really possible. So if a beach is important to you, keep this in mind. The Wi-Fi policy is also disappointing. It is included for only two guests, and you have to pay extra for additional guests. For an all-inclusive resort, this feels unnecessarily cheap. Finally, there is an additional $25 per room, per day fee, even though this is an all-inclusive resort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but these extra charges and the lack of a usable beach definitely took away from the experience.

Everything is good, but the smell of the sea. It was so bad. However, it was not a big disappointment because other famous beaches were similar. The food was a little lacking, but the service was kind and everything was good. We plan to go again in 6 months.
