We recently stayed at this resort and while the property itself was beautiful and the staff was generally friendly, our experience was disappointing because many of the amenities advertised were not actually available during our stay. The resort promotes having 8–10 restaurant options, which was one of the main reasons we booked. However, only 1–2 restaurants were open most of the time, which led to limited food choices and long waits. We understand that schedules or staffing issues can happen, but this should be communicated clearly before guests book or arrive. Overall, the resort has potential, but the lack of available dining options did not match the expectations created by the advertisement and affected our overall experience.
