I encountered a slight hook up during my initial check in and this place went above and beyond to take care of everything. Besides that they ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful with all things. Now to the property!! This had everything we needed as a family, rooms were spacious, the pools were amazing, bar service was extraordinary every day at the pool and the restaurants on site were great. This is truly a place where you can do it all and never have to leave if you don’t want to.

Just barely enough chairs for everyone in the hotel. I had to make a couple laps around at 2 pm just to find a single chair. They have other chairs that are further away from the pool, so you'll end up there if your late to the pool. Pool and area around it is very clean and well staffed.

We’ve stayed here twice now. This room way much better than the first, as it was ocean front. (Not ocean view-first was ocean view and we were on the side) The rooms are perfect! Staff is great! We like the sports bar best, Julio is wonderful waiter and the bartender was excellent! We like this location also, since you can walk across to the mall, restaurants, bars and the aquarium. The bus stop is close to go to Isla Mujeres ferry or anything else.
