I would come back to this property, next time I’m in Cancun, and atayed in a lagoon view balcony room. The room amenities were nice (full kitchenette, 2 bottles of water + coffee + tea, stackable laundry in room, etc.) and the view was of part of the lagoon, lots of palm trees, the back of property pool (quieter) and the Flow Rider surfing machine, which operates on limited hours. Breakfast buffet was pretty epic, fairly priced, and with broad enough hours that you could get away with only eating 2 meals a day. Service and cleanliness was top notch. Hotel is on the quiet side - which is totally welcomed! Rooms are clean and updated - restaurants on the property are great as well as the service! We loved the situation ( safe and on the quieter side of the hotel zone). We had also 3 great excursion organised and everything went smoothly. Food was good and safe even though the prices are at Canadian levels. We had a room facing the laguna: even quieter ajd with gorgeous sunsets. We recommend this hotel for couples and families looking for a not too fancy but relaxing vacation.

We booked the 2 bedroom villa, it was beautiful and the pictures matched. At check in, they said we could get bottled water any time and it was free, but it actually isn’t and you only get 2 complimentary bottles a day.. even if there are 4 people in your room.. the pools were great and well maintained. Swimming in the sea was a highlight. I also appreciated having a personal concierge for assistance with reservations and recommendations for what to do and where to go. To be noted, if you’re staying in Cancun, go eat at Navios! It was the best restaurant we ate at while there.

Booked a 3 bedroom. Tried to put my family in a 1 bedroom. They said they needed to cancel my original reservation to give me the 3 bedroom shown on the Expedia reservation but they would rebook at the promised rate. Told me at least twice there would be no cost to me. 2 days later, they charged me a very substantial cancellation fee. My family stayed in a 3 bedroom unit, paid the price at which I had reserved the unit on Expedia and was still charged a cancellation fee. After leaving the property and discovering the extra charge, I wrote the hotel to get them to correct the mistake. In response, I got a form email saying the charge was for canceling the reservation and that the cancellation was authorized by the Expedia booking. The charge was not reversed. I am disputing the charge of course, but beware of, at best, incompetent or, at worst, dishonest front desk business practices.
