This is already a top booking so no other vip treatment were offer! Yet, to find out that one of the villa we booked isn’t cleaned and another with broken Hvac. We believe property need a major upgrade in order to compete in the area

She was out of this world amazing and even with a couple of hiccups the hotel was helpful and accommodating which is all you can ask for when it comes to facility issues and solutions!

Our stay was wonderful! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly and smiling faces. Our room was beautiful with a wonderful ocean view. Our VIP Butler Alejandro took care of every need. He was so friendly and thoughtful and communicated every morning asking how he could help and providing options of places to go as well as reserve us seats for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food and people were amazing! And we’d definitely go back!

We had a great time - our butler, Yajahira AKA the best, numero uno - made our stay amazing. She was so friendly, funny and helpful we felt like we had known her for years. Yajahira is the reason we will return. Everyone here was friendly but she was tops! For an all inclusive this place is head and shoulders above others I've tried. Great vacay, glad I found the place.

Room in the select part is amazing for the most part. Great design and comfortable. Downside is that I had no hot water for the duration of the stay in both the sinks and the hot tub. Hot water was only available in the shower, I raised a repair order twice but nothing changed. Food in this hotel is DIABOLICAL. I cannot stress how bad the food is here. Most days at least one restaurant is closed. I got food poisoning from the Mexican one, which took me out for 2 days, apparently they use unpasteurised cheese. Room service is a joke, quality is poor and this is the only all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed at where the buffet closes on some days. Staff are mostly good, they’ll try selling you a vacation plan aka “timeshare”. Location is great. To summarise, the hotel is in a great location and has great amenities. The food is beyond terrible which let it down for me and on that basis, I wouldn’t return.
