Royal Sands is all inclusive. You can find a restaurant at most times of the day. The property is clean and in a good location. Generally the staff is well informed. Ample drinks and food. Pool is open late. 👍 Good for families.

This is a beautiful and well-maintained resort. The suites and balconies are very large and have all the amenities. The staff are exceptional! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We went with a large family group, and there were things for everyone to do. Food was lovely!

We loved our stay at the Royal Sands resort and would definitely recommend. I don't think there is a bad room in the resort. The food was wonderful, lots of choices. We especially loved the Mexican restaurant and the sports bar. The wait staff were wonderful as well. The pools are beautiful and the service around the pool is wonderful, swim up bar an option and activites at the pool are lots of fun. The beach is beautiful but we weren't able to swim in the ocean as it was red flagged our entire stay. My only complaints are that the bed was not very comfortable, very hard ( for me) . Also, they have a system to reserve chairs by the pool, they have a flag system to reserve chairs and people get out there as early as 4:00 am to reserve a spot. Our first day there, I got up at seven and all of the chairs were already reserved. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay at the Royal Sands again.

We love everything about the Royal Sands. We have been staying here for many years and we visit multiple times per year. The staff is just the best. We have made dear friends with many of them. We think the food is excellent and the grounds and pools and beach and rooms are so clean and well maintained. Don’t listen to anyone who says differently, they are impossible to please.

Tod estuvo muy bien comida,habitación , meseros todo. Lo único malo es el tema de los camastros en las albercas. Todo está apartado aunque bajes a las 8am ya no encuentras pero los de seguridad ayudaron y nos consiguieron. De ahí en fuera todo excelente

The buffet was annoying in that you had to check in to grab food. It would be better if it was open. I thought that was the reason we had a wristband. I thought it was also annoying that to order drinks you have to get a worker to bring the drinks to you. You cannot go up to the bar and get them yourself. The beach was full of seaweed. If I had known that I would have made other choices.

Había sido cliente frecuente durante 5 años consecutivos, pero hubo muchos cambios, según por palabras del mismo personal porque los compro Holiday Inn, la verdad no volveré, las bebidas en el área de alberca se acaban a las 6, el room Service tiene muy pocas opciones, la cantidad de meseros en el área de alberca es muy poca, nos tocó un incidente dónde apareció una caca en la alberca y decidimos salirnos, nos tocó otro incidente de una pareja teniendo sexo en el jacuzzi y decidimos salirnos. De verdad me duele porque era nuestro hotel favorito para venir cada año, el año pasado en agosto hicimos el check out y nos permitieron seguir disfrutando el todo incluido en lo que el taxi venía por nosotros y en esta ocasión todo consumo después del check out era con costo adicional. En fin, el hotel no es malo pero sus nuevas políticas sí.
