Truly enjoyed our stay at this resort! Staff is super friendly, rooms and overall place is very clean, pools are big, and food has surprisingly great (which hasn’t been the case at other all-inclusive resorts). The beach was decent and you could stull go into yhe ocean considering the algae problem the Riviera has. Our only suggestion would be more music and activities by the pool, but other than that we loved it!

The hotel was spotless and staff were friendly and helpful. The locations d view was beautiful. We got a 1bedroom suite with a king bed and two twin Murphy beds. It was perfect for our family. Location was great. The food was good but not very flavorful/spiced up. I would return.

The hotel was very clean and staff (like restaurant servers, housekeepers, janitors, but not front desk or customer service) was very friendly. Food was great. Literally there is only 1 a la carte restaurant and the food is terrible. Cecil is outside the resort but a very good restaurant with amazing cocktails, they accept all inclusive pass. Food at the left side pool bar (p building)is lot better than anywhere else. The staff is amazing at that bar. There are no activities inside the resort.

Best part was the service and food! Everybody was so polite, nice and so helpful. We travelled with kids and they loved the waterpark and the jacuzzi close to the beach. Those two were such a nice addition with kids. Food was amazing. We had no issues making reservations for dinner but we did have to make sure we called the reservations desk early in the morning but we didn’t have to wait to make them! Food was outstanding and all the amenities. We will be back!

Overall our stay was good, our room was very clean and facilities were very well maintained. check in needed to improve, we lined up for almost 20 minutes and check in process was not so fast as compared to other hotels we stayed in. I love the food quality at La Trattoria and Hacienda Sisal restaurant, other restaurants like La Veranda and poolside bar need to improve quality of food and preparation. But nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.
