There are not umbrellas in the pool or beach area which is awful, they have some beds with shade but they charge extra. Only a couple bars have a blander to make frosted drinks. The room and beds are small and the bath has no privacy. The food is good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Massages are expensive!

I liked the fact that even though with the evident personal and services reduction, the workers left were trying their best but unfortunately the pyramid that my Wife and I visited two years ago was different because as an example The Kinkis and Coyote Loco, the Steak House and many other facilities were available to enjoy. Nowadays most of the good things are gone.

Amazing experience at Sakura Japanese Restaurant! 🍣✨ A special thank you to Laura for her amazing service and for making our visit even more memorable. ❤️ We absolutely loved the entire experience, especially the food and the incredible Black Sense dining experience. Before going to Oasis resort I read alot of reviews about bad service and bugs everywhere and building in rundown shape. First of all this place is huge you are delusional if you think a cleaning staff can keep this place spotless 24/7 and still during my visit it was pretty clean. Second everything looks new so maybe they did some work before I vacationed there so no complaints. And third the food is excellent with one exception cafe del Mar is just barely edible. Everywhere else to eat is great. I plan to come back again next year. Thank you Pyramid Oasis Thank you Expedia

The hotel itself for the price you pay is everything you want from all inclusive. Its a decent resort and you will have a good time regardless. We stayed in the Pyramid - its important as all restaurants are included in the price you pay (except for one seafood restaurant). If you stay in any other part of Oasis hotel you would need to pay additionally for some restaurants. Lots of space by the swimming pools, always can find an available chair. The beds however you need to book and pay for it (£40-£50). Plenty to do in the resort itself: arcades, tennis court, excursion for additional $18pp, entertainment. There are guides within the hotel who are promoting their nicer rooms etc and for listening to their advertising you get an additional free excursion. And lastly I would like to highlight food because I read a lot of comments here and people complain about the food but really I need to say food is good! Its not a michelin star but its definitely nice, tasty and good. The room itself some of them are a little bit outdated but that did not impacted or disturbed my holidays especially for the price we paid. If you want to enjoy Mexico but dont want to spend a fortune - I would definitely recommend this

The property is in need of renovation. Some of the pools have mold, and the overall infrastructure needs to be updated. The rooms require attention as well: the beds and pool towels need to be replaced. The sofas are so worn out that you can feel the frame when you sit down—there is barely any cushioning left. The balcony chairs in the suites are dirty and old, and the balconies themselves were not clean. The place looks very nice in photos, but reality is a different story. On a positive note, the service and food were excellent. Also, some of the pools are ok—specifically the tiled ones.

Staff was nice. Food was decent, the aguas frescas at the buffet were the best! They have plenty of pools where they are not crowded. They have good restaurant options and experiences. Entertainment was good, something to do every night. The only bad thing is that they have timeshare sellers, they are not pushy but awkward.
