Staff was nice. Food was decent, the aguas frescas at the buffet were the best! They have plenty of pools where they are not crowded. They have good restaurant options and experiences. Entertainment was good, something to do every night. The only bad thing is that they have timeshare sellers, they are not pushy but awkward.

I had the best time . The hotel was great . Somehow we got upgraded to a suite which made the experience 10 times better . The workers were all very nice and helpful and the beach was beautiful. The tacos by the pool at “the Placita” were delicious. I recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again.

We took 15 employees for a team building trip. We had the best time. The rooms were amazing and the staff (especially Kevin at the beach beds) was amazing. This is our second time to the resort and we will definitely be back. Nightly entertainment was a blast as well.

The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the iguanas and peacocks. Our rooom was clean, but we were not thrilled when they ran out of water for 2 hours. - Couldn’t shower before we went out for the night. Family pool area was mostly clean. Swim up bar pool was disgusting…we avoided it. I understand that it was spring break, but I didn’t see people cleaning outside as often as I would have liked when I saw cigarette butts, cups in the bushes, and tissues in the pool multiple times throughout the week.

That staff are what makes this resort OUTSTANDING! They are kind, polite and truly go above and beyond to make thier geusts happy. Dont go during spring break haha 😆 we caught the begging at the end of our trip. Its choas with them but true paradise when they're not there lol TONS of food options, coffe shops and ice cream shops. A few gift stores/shops. The pool is HUGE and spans across the middle of the whole property. There is also a little cigar lounge my hubby loved. There is a 711 store practically across the street definitely in walking distance. The mall is a 10 min uber away La Isla. And cocobongo and senior frogs is roughly a 20 min ride acroos from there, there us a really big street market.

We stayed at The Pyramid the food and restaurants were amazing the only thing I didn’t like is that even tho you get all inclusive package in some restaurants you still have to pay. Staff was very friendly. The room was an 8 on clean.
