Beautiful resort that has more than enough to keep the kids entertained and then some. Everything is easily accessible but spread out enough that you aren’t fighting to save lounge chairs or waiting in crazy lines for the water park. The app makes making dinner reservations and accessing necessary information super easy, you can make your dinner reservations up to 3 days in advance too which is great. Tavola (Italian) and Habibi (middle eastern) were both incredible. The Grand Buffet has a ton of variety for kids and adults and if you get the chance, request Saul as your server. He was the absolute best! We will definitely return.

Compared to other places it’s not at the top of our list- we knew not to come for the beach & some parts of it are kinda run down but it didn’t bother us it’s still nice and it was a perfect place for our kids first all inclusive experience but the entertainment is definitely geared to younger kids in our opinion..our kids are 14 & 11 but act older. Service has been great and food was good at the Grand! We tried a Momos hibachi at Sunrise & we were up sick all night unfortunately. Even with that we had a good time and kids had fun! We loved our family suite with two rooms connected the kids had their own room with their own beds and what we searched high and low for in a resort that wasn’t insanely priced.

Moon Palace thank you so much for everything. The amazing food to the amazing people and hospitality. Everything was great. The smell and cleanliness all around the place was wonderful. Overall, it was a great family vacation. There were a lot of activities to do. The food was great, and the water park was nice. All the specialty dining options were great. Things to improve: There were long lines for dining. It would have been much better if they had walk-in main dining, just like on cruise ships.

We had a wonderful family stay at Moon Palace The Grand! The resort is beautiful, with so many activities and entertainment options. The spa was absolutely worth it, and the shows at the auditorium were amazing! 🎭✨ For restaurants, our favourites were Tavola Italian, JC Steakhouse, and Carvao Brazilian—definitely the best dining experiences during our stay. And the highlight for us was the golf course pool with its beautiful view—so peaceful and relaxing! ⛳️🌴 Overall, a fantastic family resort and an experience we truly enjoyed! ❤️
