Overall great resort. They only play Lofi chill music. You virtually need to shuttle from one point to the next. The place is huge. They do a great job with the shuttle car service. There’s not much a delay to wait. Plan your day ahead to be more efficient. Staff is incredibly helpful. Breakfast at the grand buffet can be a real nightmare. Preferably, use Cusco for breakfast. Less crowded. The beach is horrible. It stinks most of the time and not recommended for swimming. The font desk is very accommodating, especially Miguel. One last thing: everything is literally done thru the App. There is no food at the pool side..just drinks…
