Would got back every single year if possible. This place was amazing and the food was magnificent. So so good for an all inclusive. They also used purified water at all restaurants and for all ice so you could drink it safely

The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility.

We spent a week here (family of 4 with 2 adult children). It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business! Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service. The all-inclusive package was well worth it for us and the food was fresh, healthy and delicious. The 2 Mexican banquet buffets were fun with games and live music. The resort is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on the port side of Puerto Morelos as well, making it an ideal location. Shout out to Eduardo in the Ro Marley restaurant and Noie in the spa for going above and beyond and also encouraging our Spanish language skills!

I am seriously missing my ocean view room. This hotel is an absolute gem and my new favourite spot in Mexico. The hotel, staff and location make this place really special. It’s right on the ocean and beside a jungle which makes for a tranquil experience. The food is outstanding and the service was excellent. It’s not a massive resort so I was always able to find a beach chair without issue. The town is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and I felt very safe with my 7 and 10 year old. Very relaxing holiday and I will definitely be returning to the fives. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room was dirty- sheets torn, stains on linen and robes provides has holes in them. The best thing about the property is the spa. The lobby is pretty and so is the spa area but upstairs where where the rooms are hold a consistent smell of mildew. Check in staff isn't very helpful if you encounter a problem- one lady was and her name escapes me, but I made an error when booking and nobody else went out of their way to help me. I will say Rodrigo in reservations partners with the young lady to assist me and I am very grateful. If you have allergies, DO NOT book with the reservations team prior. Have them provide the invoice to include whatever early booking discount they are offering because I was hassled into almost paying for something that would have put me in the hospital. This is after disclosing my allergies to the reservations team multiple times! The food is mid. They don't have a lot of options. My partner enjoyed the fresh seafood cooked outside on the beach but that was it. It was ok for a quick get away because the beach was lovely but I wouldn't stay at this property again.

The staff was wonderful but the resort itself was poorly run. The resort is advertised as a vip resort. We didn’t receive anything for being vip platinum Expedia members. In fact the reception desk acted like they have never even heard of Expedia vip. I had to show them on my phone. The kids were only allowed to eat in one restaurant. There was a $10 charge for room service even through their website states $5. The air conditioning hardly worked. I called about it the first night and waited 2hrs for someone to show up and fix it. No one did. They cleaned our room the 2nd day and forgot to give us any towels. We had requested to be close to another friend who had another reservation, this didn’t happen. They said the resort was full but we didn’t see a lot of people. We requested a late checkout and were told someone would call us. No one ever called. There was no entertainment. We did enjoy a snorkeling tour. It was $40 a person. Cesar at the bar was amazing and Stephanie at the restaurant. This could be a great resort if they just worked out some of the kinks. We loved the location.
