Great size bed. Good for one night stays. Shower doesn’t have hot water and toliet has a hard time flushing. Also there is light coming through windows all night. the room is located in the middle of a mall.

The sheets were moist and stained with god knows what and there was no hot water. I understand that you get what you pay for but in this Instance, just pay a little more so that you can sleep like a normal human. Or just don’t come to Cancun if you can’t afford it

We normally stay here the night we fly in just to give us a minute to relax before we check into our Resort. The resort needs a lot of updating but for our needs it is perfectly fine it is safe we have been staying here one evening normally arriving around 8:00 p.m. and greeted pleasantly and promptly. Our first room had an odd odor but we were quickly relocated and everything went smoothly after that. It has no resort style feel but it is easy for one night. It is also directly located across from the Dreams Resort which is where we head to first thing in the morning. There is local shopping right outside where you can grab a drink and some snacks before heading to bed. The beds are comfortable enough considering we're always exhausted from our flight.
