We loved everything about our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well maintained. The location was in walking distance of great local restaurants as well as other fun attractions. The gym and food also surpassed expectations.

On Expedia said breakfast including. But from third day stuff told me I need pay for it. Its downtown and no beaches around. 20-30 min on bus. Stuff friendly. Room ok.

The room was clean ,had some challenges with the face basin tap! The manager sent maintenance staff to sort it out. The Staff was courteous! I left my Under armour long sleeve in my previous room on O'Cancun side and the Manager made sure I got it back from the lost and found! Thank you to the Manager!

Excellent stay!

This place is excellent! Great front end staff and very accommodating for early check in and storage of backs afterwards. Truly a great stay and excellent buffet breakfast !

Great Stay

Excellent hotel that I came back after one night in another hotel! The other hotel was very disappointing compared to this hotel! The front end staff and customer service is excellent. It’s worth the price!

I recently stayed a one week in this hotel,every thing was great, the only thing some time you have to wait to have a table in the breakfast area, otherwise the service was great , very professional helpful polite and cooperative team. defiantly I recommend it for travelers who are looking for conevience place to stay in Cancun downtown.

i Love Cancun and the Urban Oasis

very well located, close to the main bus stops, banks, and shopping plazas around. pool area was just great, breakfast was always tasty, we will be back.

Hotel rooms were very dated, stayed here about 6 years ago and it was much nicer then. Very loud hallways and disruptive people. Pool area was nice.

The ladys from the front desk are awesome. Wendy and Nash, very friendlys and eager to help. In the restaurant you jave to beg for someone to offer you coffee. The rooms in Smart are VERY noisys. So i had to ask for an uograde to Oh! Cancun.

My stay was excellent. The Staffs are great really helpful. I really like the pool area. It is very nice. Wasn’t too crowded. The hotel actually looks better in person. Rooms are nice and clean only thing the water sometimes will fluctuate from hot to cold. Check in process was really fast and check out. I can honestly say that I would return if In Cancun, the marina mall was five minutes away by car. My experience at the oasis honestly was great. I would say they could’ve had more options for breakfast.

Poor water pressure. Inconsistent availability of hot water and wifi. Unfunctional gym equipment. Nice and calm pool area. Staff are mostly very nice. Area is not pretty but there are many convenient stores restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Property needs a face lift but I would still come back.

The building is very old and shouldn’t be used for accommodation until after renovation. Although the staff were very nice and helpful as they provided me with a small cooler to preserve my food as I have allergies and can mostly eat food from home. They also gave me a microwave as the rooms doesn’t come with any fridge or microwave which is really nice and that why I am giving them a two star. I was totally disappointed about the lack of maintenance as I paid too much was expecting to get a decent accommodation. Bathroom was very nasty and horrible as the shower curtain were very dirty and very disgusting. Also keep in mind that there is no bath tub here. Air bnb would have been lot cheaper and way better than what they offered at this hotel. Definitely not coming back here. No thanks

When checking it. It was great welcome and thought it was going to be an amazing hotel. The lady who helped us check it was awesome and the lady who show us how to get a tour. Was also amazing. Now on to the room. It was average. The net worked one day and after that. It did not work for the remaining trip. It was raining mostly while there. It was a leak in the bathroom ceiling through the light fixture. Which we found to be unsafe. The shower was bipolar. It would start hot and which to cold and then turn extreme hot. When we left the room to go out. We can back to no clean towels. We had to leave notes every time we left the room. So our housekeeper would give us clean towels. (It was more on the list than just towels.) So one morning we woke up to a big flood in the room. The rain had made its way into the room. We did our best to clean it up. So back to the net for a second. So we couldn’t watch Netflix on the tv. Because the signal wouldn’t work. Signal wasn’t even good in the lobby after the first day. … So there are three restaurants in the hotel. Only ate at two. The sports bar one was great and the breakfast one was good. They are and were very friendly. But overall from my experience. I will not be returning and I really did like the staff at the front desk.
