Everything was very convenient and the hotel staff were very nice! Food was good. The steakhouse has a bit of a wait, but the food makes it all worth it! Definitely looking forward to my next stay!

Had the view of the vents to the hotel and a partial ocean view after I paid for a junior King suite with an ocean view. Practically had to beg a waiter to take our order pool side. The masseuse was definitely winging it. Mold in the pool, mold in the bathroom. Angel was fun and full of energy and our server in the market place. Food was 3/5 at best. Will not revisit. Not five star.

Food was the best we have ever had at an all inclusive resort but did not feel like a vip guest no one besides the floor butlers acknowledged us. We definitely did not feel vip treatment.
