It was fun.. but the zip lining was closed.. they never had clean towels for us in the pool area, nor for our room. They need to have more events inside the hotel. The food at the restaurants are not that great, very small portions but the buffet is very good. If you need something in your room they come very fast. Don't lose your key or you end up paying $200 for another key. The service at the pools are very good or any bars are very good. Tip them good and you will get a great service.

A great budget all inclusive. It’s not a 5-star resort, but for what we paid, it was worth it. Plenty of activities throughout the day and the staff made it fantastic. Good selection of places to eat and several bars to make sure you’re never empty handed.

Rooms were good, cleaned everyday which was a plus! Staff was very friendly and helpful also very attentive! This hotel is for families, so you will see a lot of kids running around but this did not affect us! Outdoor pool was good, we mostly stayed down by the beach which is much more relaxing than the pool area. The food was good, but I get it, family-oriented Hotel so expect more food for the little ones. Personally, I expected more sea food selection. The Restaurants where amazing! We did have to wait about 1 1/2 hours to gets seats @ The Big Ben, but it was worth it! Drinks were available at all bars; drinks were served quickly didn't have to wait too long.

Overall, we were ok with this property. The breakfast was best food options on this property. The Maguey Mexican restaurant was great but only open for lunch. The property is very family friendly but property does not enforce the no jumping in the pool. The wait staff around pool and beach seemed inadequate. The biggest issue we had with this resort is lack of towels. Very annoying. I would like to single out Misael, Carlos and Cesar for outstanding service during our stay. I would rate this property about 6 out of 10.

Upon arrival the staff was attentive. The resort itself was very clean and had breath taking views! Beach and pools were a clean, fun place for children & adults with many activities. Buffet and restaurants served outstanding food. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Our room was cleaned everyday. Overall 10/10 experience. We also booked a spa package that was done phenomenally!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cancun!

The resort was clean and they are very accommodating. We had a broken shower and they showed up few minutes later and fixed it. Also, when we had rude guests staying above us that were running around and being loud after 11:00PM the resort was nice enough to give us another room. Nice selection of food and restaurants, even though we do not eat pork, there isn't much of a selection of chicken dishes, although they are available. The rental of cabanas is a bit pricey but the beach wasn't bad.
