Just got back from an amazing stay at Royalton CHIC Cancun and honestly, I had the best time. The resort is beautiful, modern, and super clean with gorgeous ocean views everywhere you look. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better, everyone was welcoming and attentive from check-in to checkout. The food and drinks were great, the pools and beach were always a vibe, and the entertainment kept things fun day and night. Perfect mix of relaxing and partying without feeling overwhelming. Definitely a great spot for a girls trip, birthday, couples getaway, or just a luxury vacation in Cancun. Would absolutely come back again!

The communication prior to check-in was good. The air conditioning throughout the hotel was not functioning so well in the suite, many of the hotel restaurants and elevators were all very hot. Also, the elevators moved very slow and took a long time to request. The Spa was great! The rooftop service was great! Music and entertainment were great! Overall the property had a lot of wear and tear - lots of visitors in and out, a party hotel!
