The Royalton Riviera Cancun is a beautiful, clean property, and overall we enjoyed our stay. We booked a swim-up room, and it was definitely worth the extra cost—especially for late-night dips since the main pools close at 7 p.m. My biggest disappointment was the constant push to attend a timeshare presentation. It started right at check-in and continued throughout the trip, which took away from the relaxing vacation experience. I would have preferred to check in, enjoy the resort, and not feel pressured to sit through a sales pitch. Overall, the property itself was nice and well maintained, but the aggressive timeshare sales approach kept me from giving it a higher rating.

Great food, nice and clean resort. Not alot of activities but great for a relaxing trip. The room service took a very long time to deliver the food. Almost an hour and 30 for room service.
