We are the best trip! Nestor and Samuel at the buffet were attentive and knowledgeable about the hotel and things to do. Reyes up at the pool was fun and kept our drinks full. We just had the best time!!

I just went on my first family trip with my 3 year old daughter and wife and stayed almost a week and I have to say it is really worth the stay! I rented a vehicle and the self parking is really convenient as it is really close to the lobby. Clean surroundings, big rooms with beautiful sea and hotel views and helpful staff when needed! The only thing to keep in mind is that even that is an all inclusive hotel, food menu in the hotel is limited, they do not have a lot of options but the ones that they work with are 100% recommended!

We stayed here for 5 days and it was excellent! The staff was all friendly, rooms were cleaned daily, food was great and the coffee shop was a hit! Oxxo is within walking distance and the shopping mall is about a 15 min drive with an uber. We went with a 10 year old and a 7 year old and they both enjoyed all the pools and kid areas. The Beach Bunch place had a great schedule that was pre-posted on the hotel app.

This is more like a 2 star resort we booked 4 nights and left the next day the chairs at the bar and in the main lobby are all stained the buffet is terrible and closes at 5pm the first day we got there we tried to make a reservation to a restaurant and could not get in until 9pm however the food was good there but if your wanting luxury this place falls very far from that

Great Resort. Great Food. Especially the restaurants. Very clean property and rooms. Beautiful pools and great service. Had a great time with the shows and entertainment staff. The servers at the Vela buffet didn't appear to enjoy their jobs and having to serve, but still did when asked.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with exceptionally friendly staff. The Kids Club was a standout. My children rarely enjoy kids clubs, yet they loved this one so much they asked to return every day! The Fourth of July celebration exceeded our expectations, especially the fantastic live band and attentive staff. The 24-hour café was an added bonus and such a convenient touch! A special shoutout to the outstanding kitchen team, whose warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for and pampered. The teamwork and dedication across the property were remarkable. A wonderful and memorable experience for our entire family!
