Every single staff member was really nice and went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Hotel it is pretty outdated, well most parts. There is an 18+ hotel that connects and that one is much newer. Breakfast food and coffee were not great BUT Lunch and Dinner were delicious. We had an amazing time with our friends!! Carlos and Marco made our check out a breeze and I would most deff come back again. Oh and AC works perfectly so thats also a plus.

General cleaning and staff were great. Food was limited. The app they require you to use for reservations doesnt work. According to some staff a lot got moved to the GR solaris from royal solaris. Seems like they dont really care about a lot of the functions at royal solaris anymore.

Good staff, right from the lobby to the porter: Edgar at the front desk was fantastic in checking us in, explaining things to us, reserving one of the choice restaurants, and generally helping us with the arrangements for a birthday celebration. It turned out very well. Luciana, Mabel, and Yomina (?) at the restaurants made every meal experience quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and while the resort is not one of the newest, it is in very good shape: clean, safe, One suggestion though: the tour team’s positioning by the elevators and repeat pitches as we asked past was a tad heavy.

The food was excellent, so many options to choose from and so much food. Everything within the room was kept clean. Shows happen every night, a lot of karaoke and dancing. The resort was really nice!

Rooms very clean - staff was nice / but when you are dealing with check in staff things kept falling through- 🙄 / food was nasty ! Nothing was good! You can only eat so much pizza , sushi , cheeseburgers in 7 days . I have stayed in all sister hotels and I can say I will NEVER STAY AGAIN ! It’s sad to say when you have people who pay for memberships can’t wait for them to expire to get out !

It was alright the resort lost power a couple times and our room was very warm , it was already hot to begin with the AC would not go down I assumed it was because the sliding door in our room was not sealed correctly or wouldn’t close from the opposite end there was a 2 inch gap that would stay shut told front desk nothing was done about it. Reservations where very hard to get given we were only there for 3 nights it didn’t give us enough time to get on the list apparently you need a few days to get reservations in advance the bar staff was excellent at the swim up the concierge when we arrived and gave us a small tour of the place was upset when we declined any of there “gifts” because we did not want to attend the however long breakfast or presentation that you have to attend to receive it as soon as I said no the final time after declined multiple offers he just walk away from us rudely but other than that it was alright

Once we got there, we noticed that the room was not clean. Specially, the bathroom staff there’s nothing to say about the staff. They were awesome the swimming area. The water was dirty. Cloudy the breakfast was not good. Food is not good dried and very limited food.

The property was beautiful. Swim up bar & pool area was excellent. Resort staff were friendly upon arrival. Information was missed during check in because the Vacation timeshare ppl was in a rush to sell vacation shares, the front desk clerk could barely finish providing all information for the resort. We wasn’t able to eat at any restaurants on site because we didn’t get informed of having to make reservations 48hrs prior. The breakfast food was great. Lunch & dinner buffet wasn’t the best to my liking.

Our group stayed at Royal Solaris, Cancun to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The resort itself is spotless! clean rooms, beautiful pool areas, and well‑maintained facilities. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. Edgar was exceptionally amazing; his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference for our family. We needed a small private space for a birthday gathering, and not only did the team accommodate us, they provided even more than we expected. Lupita and Alan were also incredible, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our celebration special. Across our seven rooms, every member of staff we encountered was helpful, friendly, and ready to assist at any moment. Their hospitality was breathtaking and deeply appreciated. The resort gave us a beautiful experience, unforgettable memories, and a celebration that felt complete. We will definitely be visiting again.
