Very clean place and friendly staff Nice rooftop pools and 3 hour breakfast window No beach and you have to drive to everything They do have a van that drops you off at local beach and shopping areas a few times per day included There's a fantastic restaurant along the river next to the hotel if you walk to it it's only open 12-6 each day ( not part of the hotel) Comfortable beds good showers a good value for the price

Fantastic experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott Cancun. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great bonus. Breakfast was fresh with good variety, and the location was convenient and quiet. Excellent value and service—would definitely stay here again!

Clean hotel smell nicely. The pool and the view is beautiful. Securities was nice and helpful. Receptionist as well. The breakfast was very neat and delicious. I Love the hotel. If I go back again I will chose Résidence Inn again.

We stayed here as it was very close to the airport and we were one night ahead of our resort reservation. The hotel was clean and spacious and were greeted with friendly staff. There is nothing bad I can say. We had a breakfast added to our reservation an it was a standard buffet breakfast. If you need to come to the hotel from Cancun airport take an uber it is $12USD.

Nice clean hotel with spacious room. The only downsides are the lack of readily available transportation to/from the hotel (except the hotel offered scheduled location specific shuttle) and the mediocre breakfast buffet, which is definitely not a Marriott standard.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The only thing I would change is the breakfast. It’s honestly terrible. Staff is great, the whole facility’s obviously kelp up and looked after because the whole place is so clean!

Great location and worth every penny. We rented a car so driving to the beaches in the cancun hotel zone was easy. The hotel does have a shuttle that takes you to dolphin (delphine) beach. For the price Residence Inn is super conviently located. It has a fully equipped kitchen so great. Full size fridge as well. Roof top bar and pool is amazing too .

It was a good stay. Staff are very courteous. Room is relatively clean. Location is far from anything interesting but a cheap uber ride away and they offer free one way shuttle to two beaches and malls. Complimentary airport transfer is a really nice touch. Limited dining
