My stay at planet hollywood was amazing. Thank you so much to all the staff. The two concierges David & Dana were truly amazing in catering to us. They booked all our reservations, made sure we were comfortable & taken care of all the time. The front desk staff were so kind as well, they had upgraded us to Star class free of cost. The rooms were gorgeous, best room I had stayed at in cancun. The restaurants were very tasty. I would definitely be returning! Thank you again.

What made the trip truly memorable, though, was the time spent together. There was something for everyone, and it made it so easy to relax, enjoy great meals, and just be present with family. The staff were warm and attentive, and the entire place felt clean, safe, and well-run. All in all, a fantastic vacation. I had a wonderful stay and wanted to give a special thank you to Dan and David. They were incredibly helpful and always responded quickly whenever I needed anything. They never hesitated to assist and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. What meant the most was how they helped make my son’s birthday special during our stay. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made the experience memorable for us. I really appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend staying here.
