The resort is really big. Lots of walking! The restaurants were good but HOT 😔 Buffet is descent but nothing spectacular. My husband did enjoy the fresh seafood offered at the buffet though. This was our second time staying at Planet Hollywood Cancun. Our experience this time was even better than the first. David and Dana the representatives from Expedia made sure that our dinner reservations were made for the days that we were there. This was a struggle last time we stayed there because it was so hard getting a dinner reservation. So definitely next time that I visit Planet Hollywood I would book it through Expedia. I felt like I was getting the royal treatment. Plus, I received a $500 voucher to be used for many things at the resort. All the restaurants are very good. I only wish there was better nightly entertainment.

My biggest complaint was getting sick after being on the property for only 2 of the 6 days and being stuck in bed not being able to enjoy our trip.
