Booking here with Expedia was a smart decision as we got our own concierge (Dana and David) who made us dinner reservations and was there from 8 am to 11 pm to help us with whatever we needed. We enjoyed having the adults only side but also all access to the family side. The adults only pool had entertainment and was fun. The beach was beautiful and the restaurants were great.

We had a wonderful time! We loved the swim out room and will always want a swim out room going forward. The main pool was great as well. Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Big thank you to Harvey at the pool who room such great care of us - we always had a yummy frozen drink waiting for us. This resort is very clean, very friendly and a great choice if you are travelling with kids or adults. The food was great, service was great. We really enjoyed the Indian, Teppanyaki and the seafood restaurants. The breakfast buffet was great with a gal making omelettes and frying eggs if you wanted. A wonderful trip! Thank you!

Room was fairly clean, closet door broken so the light stayed on all night. Called to get it fixed. Light was out but door stayed open the duration of stay. They have food marked Vegan on the menu but it’s definitely NOT vegan. Hibachi grill was the best restaurant except a quarter of the way through the chef realized the grill wasn’t worked and we had to be moved to another table. Booked adult only. Everything is on the family side so it’s really not much area for adult only. Drinks are very good at the restaurants, terrible at the bars. Nightly entertainment wasn’t bad. Pools were nice. They had three that were pretty much defined, family, adult fun, and one kinda quiet at time. The kids water play-land was closed due to construction. We enjoyed the lazy river. There was a mini surfing water attraction we didn’t partake but it looked as though both kids and adults were having a good time on it. Overall it was just meh. We’ve been to Mexico at least fifteen times and this is not a resort we would revisit.
