This is best resort with an all inclusive! The staff was very accommodating. Dana and David in particular from Expedia made sure that we had a great experience and the best accommodations. My son has allergies and every restaurant we went to, the staff made sure that he didn’t get any exposure to them. Great staff, great food and best service! Christian at the burger joint. Olvera and Fabiola at Sunset Grill …Dana and David at guest services. Thank you all for the best vacation. We will be back very soon. We love Cancun ❤️

I enjoyed my stay overall. The breakfast buffet was definitely one of the highlights, the food was really good and there were plenty of options. Lunch and dinner were okay, but I definitely preferred the breakfast. The service throughout the resort was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The mixed drinks from the bars were okay, although they could have been a little better. The room was cleaned very well. One of the biggest inconveniences during our stay was that the elevators were not working, which was frustrating, especially when going back and forth to the room. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Planet Hollywood Cancun(Adults)was an amazing experience! Our swim-out suite was absolutely worth it, the spa was incredible, and the romantic beach dinner was unforgettable highly recommend it for couples! The staff was wonderful, and everything made our celebration feel so special. We can't wait to come back!

Booking here with Expedia was a smart decision as we got our own concierge (Dana and David) who made us dinner reservations and was there from 8 am to 11 pm to help us with whatever we needed. We enjoyed having the adults only side but also all access to the family side. The adults only pool had entertainment and was fun. The beach was beautiful and the restaurants were great.

Planet Hollywood is going to be one of my new favorite places to go in Cancun. We had the swim-up room with the ocean view and always ended our night in our own private pool. Our two butlers, Edwar and Santiago, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and that anything we asked of them was done quickly and professionally. Edwar and Santiago were able to get us added discounts, restaurant reservations, and even walked us to the restaurants to ensure we were taken care of. They sent us a daily schedule of activities and sent reminders of what was going on. Paola, who was the hookah attendant, remembered us by name, and we never had to wait to get a table. When we got our papaguayo by the pool, Francisco made our time there memorable. Not only did he bring us a special platter of food, but he kept our cups full and made sure we took full advantage of our time by the pool. Definitely will go back to the spa for hydrotherapy, and the 50-minute massage by the beach with Irene was amazing. We stayed on the Adult Scene Star Class, and they truly made you feel like a star. There is something to do all day, and the disco/nightclub got better every night. The food was amazing at each restaurant; our favorites were the Braza Grill and the Sunset Strip steak houses. We are planning another trip soon and will be staying at Planet Hollywood Adult Scene with the Star class again.
