This is best resort with an all inclusive! The staff was very accommodating. Dana and David in particular from Expedia made sure that we had a great experience and the best accommodations. My son has allergies and every restaurant we went to, the staff made sure that he didn’t get any exposure to them. Great staff, great food and best service! Christian at the burger joint. I enjoyed my stay overall. The breakfast buffet was definitely one of the highlights, the food was really good and there were plenty of options. Lunch and dinner were okay, but I definitely preferred the breakfast. The service throughout the resort was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The mixed drinks from the bars were okay, although they could have been a little better. The room was cleaned very well. One of the biggest inconveniences during our stay was that the elevators were not working, which was frustrating, especially when going back and forth to the room. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Planet Hollywood Cancun(Adults)was an amazing experience! Our swim-out suite was absolutely worth it, the spa was incredible, and the romantic beach dinner was unforgettable highly recommend it for couples! Booking here with Expedia was a smart decision as we got our own concierge (Dana and David) who made us dinner reservations and was there from 8 am to 11 pm to help us with whatever we needed. We enjoyed having the adults only side but also all access to the family side. The adults only pool had entertainment and was fun. The beach was beautiful and the restaurants were great.
