Our room was awesome! Very well kept, lots of space, nice bathroom and showers! Rooms were very well cleaned each day! Downfall for the room were very hard beds. Kids pool and activities were good for young children. Advertising for events and activities were poor, didn’t often know what was going on in the resort. Buffet was not great for lunch and supper, not a lot of options. Munchies grill was a life saver for the kids! Gustavo working in the buffet was very friendly and kind! Most other times staff didn’t engage much and were not overly helpful or friendly. Great location- right across the street from a huge mall with lots to do! Beach was nice, beautiful sand.
