Beautiful resort inside and out. It is definitely an older building, but the interior is amazing. Aqua Marina was one of the best restaurants and overall food was okay. Everything was amazing, we loved entire aesthetic. However, we ran into some staff that was very helpful and some that were not. Most of our issues were with the restaurants. They would turn us around saying we needed reservations when that wasn’t true. All of the bar staff was very nice and fun. Our favorite was Juan. Kao was our favorite restaurant experience there. My friend went to Cal and loved it as well.

From the wonderful staff at the pool bar - Mitchel, Carlos, Juan and Isaie - kept our cups filled to the awesome entertainment at night by Giovanni (he is a vibe :), to the relaxing spa treatment with Ruth who was so accommodating and Daniela who gave the best 75minute massage to our concierge Carlos and newbie Jefferson to the front desk staff Janet. We had an amazing time and experience! All the staff was great specially Aurelio, Victoria, Vyenna, Edgar, jorge with the activities. The room service was great. Our air consditioner was not working the first 2 days but they were so quick to check and fix it. The only downside we had was that everything closed too early and we don’t want to go every night to the strip at a club. We mainly wanted to enjoy our time at the resort.
