We really enjoyed staying in the Condo that was part of a resort. I feel like we got the best of both worlds. We had the space of a condo (including a separate sleeping area/bedroom, living space, dining table and kitchenette) with some of the perks of a resort (you can pay a daily resort fee and have some of the advantages of being at a resort) - like access to the property’s pools - and most importantly access to the beautiful beach right on the Caribbean! I don’t think all rooms feature this, but our room happened to have a terrace with a hot tub and 2 lounge chairs for getting some extra sun. The property is also very conveniently located to a shopping area that is just across the street which has restaurants to accomodate a variety of tastes and budgets, as well as a wide range of stores to shop at. Our hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay at the Condo!

Over all great experience. As we did not get all inclusive for this condo in the resort, it’s definitely worth it if you’re going to Cancun to explore and do activities and not stay at the resort 24/7. Spacious room and very clean.

The room is clean and organized. The check in and out was easy, the instructions are clear. The resort access is not included in the fee that shows when you booked there was an additional $10 usd per night per person. That should be included in the fee shown in the booking site, so that the client won’t be surprised that there will be an additional fee on top of the booked amount. There is no food included, but there is an options of an all day pass buffet in the hotel amount to $1500 mxn pesos, or you’ll go outside to have meals. We ate outside which is in the mall across the tower and bring extras for breakfast, that is why it would be more better if the hosts provided a microwave to warm up some foods. Overall, our stay was great and comfortable. If we will plan to come back we will be booking this place again

Although it is fairly clean, the facility is really old. Just don't look at the details. When we stayed, our next door was super loud at midnight cooking and talking. Since the rooms shared a (locked) door, we heard every single word they were saying! Dining is convenient. Walk across the street and there are a lot of restaurants.

Short stay just for one night before heading back to airport, condo is in Park Royal resort, access to beach, keyless access is great, comfy and clean room, bathroom needs some restoration though but it's clean. Conveniently located Condo in a resort

This condo is within the premises of Park Royal Cancun Resort. You have access to the beach and a few other services of the resort. It is very conveniently located across the shopping mall which has tons of food options. In our condo, the trees were blocking the ocean view. The condo has a functioning kitchen and good beds. Very comfortable for a family of 5. The condo owner is extremely responsive via WhatsApp. Very kind and understanding person. They also have a connection with a tour agency -- Luca Transportation. Highly recommend that you book tours with him. He is also an amazing person to deal with.
