Excellent rooms, staff and service. Severe shortage of chairs. Had to get up @6 am to secure a chair to sit by pool or at beach. Also very restrictive booking system for Ala carte restaurants. App opens for booking at 10. By 1005 no reservations available.

The resort was clean, easy to get around, and right on the beach. El Bistro was our favourite spot for breakfast, and the poolside burger hut was a great lunch option. We appreciated having several dining alternatives outside of the main buffet, which gave our group of six plenty of variety. Sensai Japanese was a highlight with good food and a fun, efficient show. We also enjoyed Mike’s Coffee House, the ice cream hut, and the smoothie bar. The staff worked very hard and were kind and accommodating once engaged. A little patience and kindness truly go a long way. Overall, the resort offered good value, solid dining options beyond the buffet, and a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The staff at this resort are the friendliest we have seen in a long time. From the front desk, cleaning crews, bartenders and waitstaff, they were happy to help you or serve you. Very nice and well laid out property.

Over all the resort is 10/10. But I gave it 9/10 because the reservation for dinner only allows guests to book once. 2 booking for dinner would be better. Also, the seaweed makes it 9/10 otherwise our stay at the resort is amazingly good.

The staff was amazing above all! The property was well maintained and our well-sized oceanview room delivered beautiful views as promised! The specialty restaurants included in the price were a nice bonus. Reservations were required but we had not trouble booking them. The buffet also did not disappoint for an all inclusive. We enjoyed daily activities and swim up bar at the main pool. They even left me a birthday cake in the room!! Wonderful trip…We will stay again!

Cleanliness and staff was great. However, hot water in the room is non-exsistant. Had hot water the first day of stay and no more. If you like cold showers, this is the place for you. Everything else was excellent.
