Clean hotel. One of our rooms had black mould in the Bathroom. it was good for the price we paid but definitely had some issues. Bartenders where great. food was good for the price. Occidental was just okay. The staff gets the highest rating. They seemed to be understaffed but the staff worked very hard and were friendly. You have to wait in line for a couple minutes to get into the buffet. The buffet was pretty basically and the same for the four days we were there. You have to wait until 11 a.m for the bars to open. the entertainment by the main pool was good

The rooms were in okay condition, they were outdated and the a/c was pretty noisy . The staff were very accommodating for the most part, except for the breakfast staff , a few of them were rude for no absolute reason. The amenities were okay, but the views were very beautiful!
