The rooms were in okay condition, they were outdated and the a/c was pretty noisy . The staff were very accommodating for the most part, except for the breakfast staff , a few of them were rude for no absolute reason. The amenities were okay, but the views were very beautiful! The beach is beautiful, and the pool staff were nice and accommodating, along with the bartenders .

It is a Barcelo vacation club. Members have privileges we do not get. The room was nice and wait staff was nice. The front desk personnel were not very helpful and difficult to get in touch with. The food was not great but cultural. The reservation system is not good. We had to eat the buffet every day except day 1 where we had to do a sales presentation. Biggest downfall was the steps. It is built like a mayan temple. Long time members of Expedia and we were not impressed. Beach was nice but the ocean was too rough so maybe a different beach location.

The staff was very nice and the food was surprisingly good - better than I had expected. The beach access was so convenient and no seaweed in November. If you're going to spend the entire day at the beach, you can rent a parasol.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The pool could have been much cleaner, and the rooms were in poor condition with a noticeable moldy odor. The doors and shower were old and worn down. To make matters worse, the elevator was broken— the 5th floor button didn’t work, so we had to go to the 6th floor and walk down.
