Nice place to come to with family young and old. Despite the standard room I had being dated, it was clean and comfortable to sleep and relax in. There were plenty of lounge chairs available at the pool and beach. The shows were amazing especially the Michael Jackson show. Overall, it was a great stay

While the property was clean , and the staff was nice, this is what I would call a "budget all inclusive hotel." Guests are limited to only being able to visit the (non-buffet) restaurants with a reservation, despite there being vacancy every night. Guests are only able to make reservations very early in the morning and in person, and are limited to only making one reservation every three nights.

The resort overall was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff was ok, a lot of them didn't speak English well so it was hard to communicate needs unless you found someone who actually understood what u were asking. Also felt ignored until they realized you were tipping (My personal experience) The biggest drawback of the entire stay for me was the limited food options and only being able to try one specialty restaurant only once during the entire stay and with such limited food options that leaves much to be desired. However if you stay 5 nights you can try a second restaurant once and all 3 if u stay even longer (all only once though) I've never stayed at a resort with that type of restriction. I did enjoy it for what it was but I probably would not stay again

Excellent customer service, all the staff courteous and polite, hotel in a very good conditions, the only thing that I was disappointed is that resorts don’t offer natural juices in the restaurants, that’s the only one disadvantage I founded. Others all inclusive offer natural juices, this's the first resorts that won’t offer natural juices.

The property has an aging infrastructure. We had to move rooms for a variety of issues. Door lock would not work, maintenance was unable to fix it, AC didn’t work, TV was intermittent, and sink was about to fall off of the pedestal. New room was fine. On arrival it took them 2 hours to get into our room even though we checked in after the allotted time frame. Food was bad, entertainment was sub par, and pools were dirty (water looked like milk). We will never go back.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed the food and drinks. The amount of choices were fewer than some of my past resort experiences but the resort size was as well. Pools were not overly crowded. Adult pool was good. Would be better if they allowed music and would have more than one man behind the bar

This is a smaller resort and may be undergoing some renovations. If you don't mind spending about an hour and a half of your vacation attending a timeshare presentation, this resort may be a good fit for you. We were constantly asked to attend this presentation. Guests who attend the presentation receive significantly better prices on excursions and other bookings. We chose not to attend, so we paid the standard rates. For dinner, you are only allowed to make reservations at the specialty restaurants for two nights of your stay. On the remaining evenings, you will dine at the buffet restaurants. The food was authentic Mexican cuisine. While items such as bacon were available upon request, they were not part of the regular buffet offerings. One inconvenience was that our room key cards had to be reprogrammed every day. However, the staff were consistently kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We packed our swimsuits in our carry-on bags since our room was not available until 3:00 p.m., allowing us to enjoy the pool and beach while we waited. On departure day, we had already purchased the speedy departure service, but because the scheduled pickup was at 6:25a.m., we chose to pay extra for a private transfer so we could leave later.
