Great staff, Convenient location. Food was OK in the buffet and a big selection Fantastic in the Italian restaurant. I felt safe and the bed was comfortable. The only thing was that the shower only had hot water sometimes. I had a hot shower once in 3 days..

The resort was clean and staff were friendly. It's a small resort with few food choices. Not much of a beach. It is right at the dock for taking the water ferry to visit Isla Mujeres. Our family went here for an anniversary. They made our room up cute with drinks and cake and chocolates. We had a great time, but would have liked more food choices.

Very small resort, beach is tiny and sargassum was there. Absolutely nothing to do if it rains. Food was decent at best, not a great selection at buffet. Staff was the highlight, they were all awesome.

This is a very good hotel in the Cancun area. The room is spacious and clean. There is a good pool, two bars, access to the beach, a snack bar 24/7. The buffet was very good and the mexican specialty restaurant too. The attention is great. The only two things is that the pool doesn’t have a heather and that my room was in the 4th floor next to the pool and was too loud that you can hear anything. But overall is a very good hotel.

Everything was perfect. Alfredo , Peppi and Carlos were the best. I had my Birthday while I was there. Treated me like family Breakfast was the best. Only thing is I think the menu at all the Resturants could improve. Selection very limited. I’ve been there 5 times and will go back against. I was in the 5th floor looking down at the pool was perfect. Staff was perfect. I’ll be back.

It’s a clean property. The food is good. They do have a lot of day activities and the night entertainment was good. Beach is very small but it is right next to the ferry that takes you to Isla Mujeres which is a must to visit. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and beach.
