Our stay was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful at all times of the day. The pool was great as well, the entertainment staff did a good job keeping the crowd alive in the heat. The hotel and the beach view are beautiful. It’s a family friendly spot, excellent service staff members with the exception of the occasional personnel from the front desk. Other than that just great, the servers are super kind and friendly. The room ac was not working well, this was reported but it did not get fixed during my stay. They also need to offer different food, for example Mexican food. We were expecting a Mexican menu. Otherwise, it’s an excellent vacation spot and definitely recommend. Thank you!

We visited this resort for a destination wedding and it was hands down the best wedding I've ever attended. The rooms were clean, had ample space, and the beds were comfy. The main pool was huge and the entertainment staff were great! There were several bars and restaurant choices so there weren't any long waits. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return in the future.

Honestly, I thought that was like others 5 star, all inclusive resort, cocktails poor quality, staff mean and begging for tips even when you’re already pay your all inclusive! Swimming pool close at 7pm, should be close at least 8pm even when the sargasso issue is all over the island. Poor quality of the room ! Tv weren’t working, event during night are the worse, no disco for kids! I won’t come back even if I’ll win a raffle ! Disappointed! I wasted my money. Don’t goooooo ! Not even when Expedia and other plataforma show up 4.7 rated ! Don’t do it !

Wonderful vacation desination for a relaxing family oriented fun. Amazing will definately come back. The resort doesnt not have smart tv functions and some aspects of the room needed to be fixed however those issues paled in comparison to the fun and relaxation it was a minimal annoyance.
