Overall, the staff was very friendly. There was an issue during checkout that was not handled well. It was unfortunate to end the vacation on that note but everything else was very nice.

Stay was good. The only issue we had was dinner reservations. We couldnt get in anywhere until 9 pm. The resort was nice and we had the nicest beach on that strip because they were constantly cleaning the seaweed up.

This resort was AMAZING! Now the mosquitoes NOT SO NICE! Pack your heavy-duty bug spray! The room service was excellent, staff super friendly… I would definitely go back!

loved the hotel, i booked the ocean view and the room was breathtaking. They even had a nespresso machine i was happy. Loved the infinity pool and the slide pool as well. It was a family friendly resort will definitely recommend. The only downside is the beach is not the prettiest other than that the staff is friendly and welcoming. Will consider returning

This place was nice. The food was good and service was always A+. Came for a wedding and the set up was amazing. Amenities were great and the steak house was my favorite. The kids really enjoyed the slides,lazy river and zip line.
