I think the resort is very well kept and the room cleaning is meticulous. The staff was always very responsive and friendly. The pool area was fun, clean and the wait staff was great. The restaurants food was okay but service slow. There are many bar locations and rarely a long wait. The hotel design itself does not handle a heavy rain very well with common area floors getting wet and slippery but the staff does respond quickly.

Absolutely beautiful property! The staff would clean the room multiple times a day. EVERYTHING is included (within reason of course; bottles of wine and top shelf liquor isn’t included). Staff would even come by and ask if we needed anything. Get Preferred Club — well worth the extra money!

The resort is nice (smaller than expected…but a bad thing just unexpected). The Spa and service is the highlight of this resort!! The food was great at all. Other than the Asian restaurant, it’s subpar. Room: 7/10 (Oceanfront Preferred Club), Service: 10/10, Drinks: 10/10, Entertainment: 7/10; Spa: 10/10, Food: 6/10 (Himitsu and room service were great; buffet and other restaurants subpar even for all-inclusive resorts). Overall, my family enjoyed their trip but we won’t come to this location again.

The property is very nice. Pools are great and the lazy river was probably our favorite part. Do not come here for the beach. It is terrible and the water is brown. The restaurants were good but the buffet was terrible. Breakfast buffet was ok at best but the lunch and dinner buffet were not good compared to anywhere else we have stayed. There was just no selection. If you are more of a pool person this is the resort for you. Just stick to the restaurants.
