We got the king size bedroom, it’s kind of a small room. The bed it’s really confortable and the water pressure in the shower it’s good as well as the toiletries in the bathroom. At night you can hear other people noises from other rooms. The breakfast buffets option is good given the price per person, with plenty food options to choose from. The check in & check out process was fast. If you are looking for a hotel near the Airport this one is a great option.

We liked everything about the hotel itself. We booked there because you advertised a free shuttle to the airport. We spoke to the front desk and they said they did not start the shuttle until 5 am. So we had to book a private shuttle to go 5 minutes to the airport at a cost of 60.00. When we got to the lobby and were waiting for our shuttle, the hotel shuttle pulls up to give another couple a ride to the airport. We were very upset. So the communication is very poor between the staff and to the customers

Didn't live up to potential. Requested an airport pick-up in advance but it didn't materialise. Extra beds weren't setup upon arrival, despite the room being sold on an extra bed basis. Staff outright rude when not satisfied with the tip offered.
