Staff were wonderful, clean most of the time. Just the one incident when toilet was plugged close to the lobby bar and wasn’t cleaned for about 40 minutes. Can’t blame the staff as it was very busy but other than that, the food was good.

Staff 100% professional and friendly Hotel/ resort incredible Food was amazing!! Loved the complementary red wine and champagne. We went over valentines day and everyone was passing out balloons and flowers! We loved the nightly entertainment especially the fire show and the glo up show! Will visit again
