All the good loungers close to the pool are reserved for members that have bought time shares until 10 am. If they don’t want them then you have the possibility of getting them. I found the included wine tasted very vinegary. They do a very hard sell of the membership, after we declined, they called our room multiple times starting at 8:00 am. We finally unplugged our phone on the third day. For a resort where we paid $,1,222 per night I felt it was not worth it. The rooms are nice, the have one good restaurant Bella the Italian but the tier system for loungers at the pool and the very hard sell for membership turns my wife and I off. We will never return to a resort owned by them We spent 8 nights April 2026

My stay was absolutely amazing! My birthday was during my stay, and upon arriving back to the resort after my excursions, there were balloons, champagne and flower petals set up in the room. Also, when I had a romantic birthday dinner on the beach, the staff did a phenomenal job! “I love you” was written in the sand with my fiancé’s and my initials in the heart. The food was excellent and perfectly carried out. During my dinner, the resort had a violinist play for us. My night was truly breathtaking! I highly recommend this resort. The staff really goes above and beyond!

Fantastic. All-inclusives are out of our comfort zone and Le Blanc Cancun was a dream. The service was Four Seasons level if not better. Each floor has a personal butler and they know you by the end of the first day. The app is easy to navigate and you can order anything from food to car and spa reservations. Security on the property is wonderful. The food is delicious and the bars make anything and everything you want. Great location. Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay all the way around. By far the best all inclusive in Cancun. Really enjoyed the live music at the pool, lobby, and cavo bar. Never expected to hear an Incredible country band in Mexico, but The Cash Band was amazing and so was the Rock band. Premium drinks and great bar service everywhere. Poolside service was incredible. Quick drink service and accurate food orders on point. Room always being cleaned. Room service on point. Got a nice Expedia room upgrade. Wife really enjoyed the spa. Special mention to Ana and Pamela at the spa.

An Unforgettable Relaxing Getaway! My sister and I spent a long weekend here with the goal of truly relaxing, mission accomplished! We frequently visit high-end, adults-only, all-inclusive resorts, and the food here was exceptional. Every restaurant offered outstanding quality, our room was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. A Few Suggestions: Music at the pool/beach – There was no fun music during the day, and personal speakers weren't allowed. A low-volume option would enhance the atmosphere. Premium drink options – Top-shelf drinks are available by the glass only. An upgrade package for premium liquor would be a great addition. Timeshare sales – While the team was professional, the frequency of presentations felt a bit pushy at times and made declining uncomfortable. Special Thanks to Outstanding Staff: Wine Tasting: Alicia was wonderfully helpful, and Tonathiu was incredibly knowledgeable—can't wait for another session with him! Pool Bar: Raymundo was fantastic, along with Zair, Miguel, Hugo, and Jesus truly the best! Pool & Restaurants: Josue at the pool and Juan at Lumière were excellent. Sales: Adriana was very kind and knowledgeable. Overall Service: Alan, Bryant, Edgar, Henry, Ignacio, Miguel, and Joe were all outstanding. Pro Tip: Don't skip the spa; it's absolutely amazing! Despite the minor suggestions, we absolutely loved our stay and will be back soon. Highly recommended!
