Amazing stay at Iberostar! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay, everything was clean and well organized. A very special thank you to Norma from Guest Service - she was incredibly kind and helpful, she helped me with everything I needed and was always there with a smile. Thank you also to the housekeeping lady for keeping my room spotless every day. And the food was absolutely delicious, so much variety! Thank you for making my holiday so nice. My stay at this hotel was amazing all the staff very nice . I stayed for 5 nights and enjoy the different restaurants they had. The ribeye and Alfredo pasta were yummy ! Every time we left and came back our room was super clean and any staff member you ask for help they help you without doubt. Also enjoyed soccer games being played at their theater they have different activities every day. My stay was just amazing !

We forgot something valuable at the hotel and did not realize it until we got to the airport. We contacted the hotel and they retrieved it immediately and have it sent to the airport just in time! Amazing customer service!! Thank you!!
