We had a really great stay overall and would definitely consider coming back. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the pool areas were great, and the food offered good variety. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A couple of areas could be improved. The bars felt understaffed in the evenings, leading to long wait times for drinks. Also, not being able to book specialty restaurants on the app was frustrating. I Overall, a very enjoyable experience with just a few operational tweaks needed to make it even better.

No beach. This is an oceanfront proprty with plenty of pools. Pool side and oceanside chairs are hard to find even during less busy season. Property is old and so is the room furniture. Staff is very friendly and service is very quick. Onsite spa services are extremely pricy, it's cheaper to get those in usa.

We just returned from a wonderful 4-night stay with our family of four, and it was such a relaxing, memorable experience. One of the highlights was the pool area. Renting a cabana for our stay made all the difference, as lounge chairs filled up quickly. It gave us a comfortable, stress-free spot to relax at each day. The service throughout the resort was truly exceptional. A special shout-out to Eduardo and Emmanuel at the Breeze Bar in the evenings. They went above and beyond to make our nights fun and enjoyable. Miguel at the Italian restaurant also stood out for his fantastic service. The dining options were a big win for our family. We especially loved the sushi at the Asian restaurant. Overall, this was a fantastic getaway with great service, relaxing amenities, and good food. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The property offers great activities and pools for families, which we really enjoyed. The food is excellent; however, it can get very crowded, and we had to wait over an hour for a table at the restaurants at times. The same issue applies to the snack bar—there is only one available in the entire resort, and we often waited more than 30 minutes for something simple like a small pizza. Additionally, it is located far from the kids’ pool, which makes it inconvenient for families. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but there are a few areas that could be improved, such as adding more snack bar options and increasing the number of servers at the kids’ pool. Each day there was only one server attending more than 20 guests, which made service quite slow.

Our stay was truly fantastic. The property offers multiple beautiful pools, consistently delicious food, and a team that delivers hospitality with genuine warmth. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and that level of service makes all the difference. It’s especially great for families with young children — the layout and amenities make it easy to relax while the kids have a blast. The only drawback was beach erosion limiting direct beach access, so we had to drive elsewhere to enjoy the shoreline. Not a dealbreaker, but something future guests should know. A personal highlight? The Aqua Therapy experience at the spa — absolutely worth it. A restorative, standout experience that elevated the entire trip. Overall, a memorable stay we’d gladly repeat.
