While the staff is accommodating, property amenities, and food quality is average. This place is good for families; couples and families with teens should search elsewhere. The pool area is crowded so be prepared to lock down your spot by 7am.

Well maintained resort, great for families but I wouldn’t recommend if you want an experience free of children yelling and playing. The food was nothing to write home about, and the elevators were out intermittently, however it was overall a great stay!

The place is nice and quiet, food are good but could be better, the location is not too great if you want to leave the hotel. Uber to other place is kind of expansive. Overall, we had a great time with Hyatt.

The hotel and everything was beautiful, however, the beach area right now is not. There was a lot of sargassum, so you couldn’t really get in it and swim. Pools and bars close early so that was a downer close early at 8pm and then the water park closed at 5pm. Food and drinks were okay but not what was expected for being a Hyatt hotel/resort, and then for being by the sea, you would think there would be a lot of fresh seafood options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family. Food and dining experiences were excellent. Like the majority of the rooms on the first floor we had a pool right outside our room. The little kids pool area was perfect and they have huge water slides for older kids. Nighttime entertainment was also good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Buy/bring your own water floats (the big donut shaped ones for the water slides if you want).
