We visited this resort for our honeymoon and everyone was so incredibly nice and accommodating! Every single person we encountered was more than happy to help us and made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious at every single restaurant. The best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Decided to do the extra experiences at the restaurants which was delicious. The chef came out and did a wonderful presentation. We also did two excursions. One for Isla Mujeres and a Deep Water Fishing. The fish we caught during our fishing trip was cooked by the chef just for us. We had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone was very attentive and helpful.

The rooms are amazing. The atmosphere is awesome, the staff are exceptional. Very helpful and will make sure your requests are met! I needed this vacation and it was extremely relaxing and just what I needed. Expedia - hotels always say book direct because you have more options! Well let me just say - because of Expedia, every night there was a thank you from Expedia with a note. And we always had something special for us at the table. So I can't say more how awesome this trip was!
