I have been coming to Cancún for about 15 years now, and without exaggeration, the food and general service at this hotel are the best I have experienced so far. The only issue is the beach, which is full of seaweed. If that doesn't bother you, everything else at this hotel is great. A special thank you to all the chefs and managers of the restaurants — they are clearly doing an outstanding job!

Just came back from Hotel Marina El Cid, it's connect to a couple other resorts, so you have a wide selection of meal options. Golf carts that can take you to the restaurants. My family enjoyed the pool, we used it everyday.

This is my second visit and I can say that it’s different from my last visit. Very hard to get any reservations in dine -in restaurants. Food options were limited and not all bars were open.
