Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and well-equipped room. Was the nicest room in our 10-day trip around the Yucatan. Definitely recommend it to those not staying in the "hotel zone."

This is a super-bargain hotel and you get what you pay for. Lukewarm dribbling shower water, no wash cloths, two towels, no bedside lamps, safe with no key, kitchenette is literally a sink and a fridge nothing else, really old fixtures. But the room had a working mini split, was super clean, and had a shower, beds, blackout blinds, and a TV, which for this trip is literally all I needed. Perfectly adequate if you are on a really tight budget. The staff were lovely.
