Love that it is a smaller resort. So many friendly people. The beach is a public beach and was quite popular during our stay. The food was good. The water in the pool was like bath water, really warm. We all had fun at the water park.

Really great experience, had activities for kids in the pool, something new everyday. The best part was how spacious the rooms were. Great experience and very accommodating as well with food. Chef Luis, Abigail, Rene, and Alberto were so nice at Casa Nostra and made special dishes for our family because the youngest is very picky with her food. Amazing and will definitely be coming back.

I have travel to a few places in Cancun and have never e had such a wonderful experience as I did this time. I stayed in room 1507(it was upgraded to me for free for having booked it through Expedia) the room was beautiful with a nice view,very clean and well taken care off by the staff. The staff at the buffet was also great,meet a guy who was very wonderful whose name was Tony and playfully called himself Tony Montana. The night shows were wonderful all of them and overall it was a great for my son and myself and pretty sure for the other 48 people who were on our group.

Overall, we had a great experience staying at this hotel. I definitely will go back again. The staff was very cordial and friendly. David and Marcos made us feel very welcome to the hotel, and they both were very kind and helpful with what was needed. The only thing I will improve is the quality of the food, which was ok but not outstanding.

I really loved the hotel and had a great stay overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the beach was absolutely excellent. The only downside was that the waiters at the restaurant and bars seemed very busy at times, so food and drinks could take a little while to arrive. However, considering the price, I really can’t complain much because the experience overall was very good.

The beach view was awesome. In terms of room service it was amazing, everyday they came to clean the room but 1 time we found a dead cockroach on the floor. They said that it is a no smoking property that there is a designate area for smoking but the exhaust in our room smells cigarette. I recommend to upgrade your package to avail all the restaurants, food and ammenities they offer.
