The resort was good. My family had a good time there. The rooms were very spacious. The staff were friendly The water park wasn’t huge but good enough and the food was okay. Over all it was a good place for a vacation for a family of five.

We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Casa Maya Cancún! The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is amazing, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special thank you to Mauricio, the outdoor bartender, who was always friendly, attentive, and made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. Gabriel, at the lobby bar, provided the absolute best service—always welcoming, professional, and attentive. We also want to recognize Emanuel at the restaurant during breakfast. He took such great care of us every morning and always made sure we had everything we needed. The staff truly made our experience special. Great pool, great atmosphere, and most importantly, outstanding service. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Meliá Casa Maya Cancún! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Newly renovated, very clean facility, well managed, very well organized activities. Foods are lack of variety though, which I am okay with it. It was beyond my expectations.

Love that it is a smaller resort. So many friendly people. The beach is a public beach and was quite popular during our stay. The food was good. The water in the pool was like bath water, really warm. We all had fun at the water park.

Really great experience, had activities for kids in the pool, something new everyday. The best part was how spacious the rooms were. Great experience and very accommodating as well with food. Chef Luis, Abigail, Rene, and Alberto were so nice at Casa Nostra and made special dishes for our family because the youngest is very picky with her food. Amazing and will definitely be coming back.

Small resort with limited amenities but very friendly staff. Food was great too. Great beach. It said all-inclusive in their name, but it isn't unless you upgrade.

We had our family reunion and we had a great time. The hotel is small compared to other huge hotels in Cancun, but that was a good thing. Everything about the hotel was good, pool beach, bars, etc. My only advise to the hotel as an improvement would be to step up the food. Most restaurants the food was ok, only the Italian restaurant had a better quality of food.

I have travel to a few places in Cancun and have never e had such a wonderful experience as I did this time. I stayed in room 1507(it was upgraded to me for free for having booked it through Expedia) the room was beautiful with a nice view, very clean and well taken care off by the staff. The staff at the buffet was also great, meet a guy who was very wonderful whose name was Tony and playfully called himself Tony Montana. The night shows were wonderful all of them and overall it was a great for my son and myself and pretty sure for the other 48 people who were on our group.

Everything was perfect and the food was good as so the Staff was always very helpful and attentive. The only thing was, that they never filled the bottle for the shower gel in the bathroom, because it was empty. So, it was good, that I brought my own. Also the room was always at night very bright light coming in from the hallway, because the door frame was bigger than the door, so the light was coming through the doorframe. Also, the beach. They have never cleaned the beach from the sargassum, which would be nice. Maybe this are little things, but it came to my attention. The rest, I would say I would go back, if I would go back to Cancun. I also had ordered a small piece of cake as a surprise for my husband for his Birthday. So, they had brought a small cake with some wishing on a card. It was made very nice.
