Our stay was wonderful, only if you are looking for nighttime activities get any hotel in Zona Hotelera which you can walk to any place. This hotel is far away from the Main Street and they have shuttle to La Isla but for only 16 people, but everything else in the hotel was excellent.

It definitely was family friendly which we loved.Only Disappointment was the beach unusable due to sargassum but that is not the hotel’s fault.Pool did have a lot of missing tiles but we were able to use and enjoy it.I would definitely come back

Clean hotel room, modern look. Really enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast. Wait staff during meals are really attentive. However, check in process needs improvement and is super slow despite only a few of us checking in at the time we came in. Also had issues with the room including shower not draining and no toiletries in the bathroom. No snacks in the room as well which should have been standard with the all inclusive package. I was only in the hotel for one night, otherwise would have brought it up directly with the hotel.
