A great, clean hotel with great pools and restaurants. The Hilton app to book restaurants and activities could be marketed better. But after being made aware of the app, it was easy to use and book dinner and activities. The free shuttle to the Canopy Mall in Cancun was great and reliable. I was the most impressed about the STAFF, always friendly, helpful and ready. Good value for money and I will definately go again!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was wonderful, from the beautiful property and great atmosphere to the excellent service. The rooms were luxurious, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping taking great care of the room every day. We loved our room and truly enjoyed our stay! The food and drinks were excellent! Besides the buffet restaurant, which also had a great variety of good food, the Italian restaurant and the Steakhouse were both wonderful. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The drinks were great too!

Our stay was wonderful, only if you are looking for nighttime activities get any hotel in Zona Hotelera which you can walk to any place. This hotel is far away from the Main Street and they have shuttle to La Isla but for only 16 people, but everything else in the hotel was excellent.

Pool area is a little small but definitely family friendly! Pool fills up quickly so make sure you reserve your seats early. The staff is nice, the more you tip the better you’re treated lol Overall happy with our stay, the room was nice and room service kept it clean for us. The restaurants were also very good, the buffet was okay but not terrible.

The room was very clean when we arrived and the staff were so kind and helpful. The north pool could use some better cleaning and the kids pool is great for the kids but also needs to be maintenanced and all the restaurants at good except Sunan. Sunan needs more employees, there is only one server for the whole restaurant. Other than that I had a great vacation there.

We upgraded to corner ocean view with bigger balcony and the view was amazing the sunrise was a must see! The staff I can’t say enough about everyone never passed by without a good morning or a big smile… the food was awesome the only thing I would recommend more vegan options as my auntie was completely vegan and did not have a big selection. Other than that we loved our stay and it was a beautiful resort!

Great resort. The food was excellent, they even accommodated the vegan/gluten free individuals in our party. The staff was excellent, especially the waiter Elvis. He did such a great job.
