We have spent the last several years at this Hard Rock Cancun resort and we love it. It is near the airport, clean, friendly staff, and beautiful pools and beach. They really try to have many varieties of food to suit all palates. The only complaint is I wish they had more to do in the evening-a dancing club would be nice.

Hard Rock Cancun had the best infinity pool overlooking the ocean I have been to. It also had two large swim up bars stocked with high end liquor. Staff was great. Food was fine. The rooms are dated with no storage but they are shutting down for full renovations. The lobby was fun with bars, seating and memorabilia but it didn’t feel like a beach resort.

Very enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, the food was surprisingly good, and it always felt like there was something to do. The room was cleaned daily and the room service was a nice touch. All of the alcohol was high end and it felt like a considerable step up from some other properties in the area. The only let down was the beach, which was quite small and covered in weeds.

We had a great impromptu stay at the Hard Rock after a blizzard delayed flights home. We were with a larger group so this was the perfect hotel for our guests who were varied in age, from 3 years to 60. The hotel restaurants are dated and need some improvements but we heard the talking about renovating soon. The staff was wonderful, especially Chac who helped us with breakfast each morning at the steakhouse restaurant. The poolside staff was awesome too, always ready to help us with whatever we needed!
