This was the perfect place to stay in Puerto Morales. It is an older hotel but kept very clean and rooms have everything you need. The location is amazing! Right on the beach and surrounded by all the restaurants and shopping. The thing that really stands out about both the hotel and the restaurant is the amazing customer service. The staff is really excellent! We will definitely be returning.

Been here several times. Love the location, pool and beach access. The market across the street has everything you need. The restaurant is wonderful (a bit pricey, but that’s on par for the area). Rooms are very basic, but very standard for Mexico and clean. Sargassum was bad this April 2026, but they do a good job of clearing the beach.

Great location right in town! Hotel located on a nice section of the beach which was cleaned everyday. Pool was refreshing. They have a restaurant attached to the hotel overlooking the beach. They have a fridge in the room. Beds comfortable. All rooms have beach view.

The location is perfect. The staff is lovely and helpful. Sitting on our balcony watching the sunrise and the moonlight was magical. The only off was the mosiac pool tiles are popping off just a little bit but I feel certain a repair is in the works. That they have a little lending library in the lobby was a great treat. Would happily stay here again.

This place is literally on the beach which is great. The surrounding area is nice with a lot of shops and restaurants. The room itself smelled very musty and I’m glad we only stayed one night. Unfortunately the entire beach is lit up with lights at night which made it hard to see stars.
