We had a beach suite room and it was beautiful. We got to our room and the tv was broken they fixed it right away. The fridge in our room didn’t work we didn’t want to be annoying and bother them again. No big deal to us. The pool was great. The beach was beautiful. The food was okay. Never amazing. For my first time in Mexico, this was a great introduction. The resort was beautiful and the pool/beach was outstanding. The employees were very helpful, friendly, and inviting. The food halls, restaurants and buffets were clean as well as the hotel room itself. However, for an all-inclusive resort, everything should all be included, all restaurants/areas, no matter what package or tier. I also had classic hotel hiccups such as the safe not working and the shower temperature being inconsistent… my only tip is to make sure all personal items are locked up extra tight!

The room was beautiful obviously the hotel is decades old so some wear and tear is expected but it was been well maintained and updated very nicely in many cases! The staff are like a big familyband very helpful the resort is hige which is why it is able to offer so much to its guest!

The resort has its benefits for being cost efficient but in the end, we should have booked a nicer resort for the price we spent. The staff is good here and very accommodating though, and we did get a free upgrade due to loud noise/partying in a room next door to our original room.
