We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is excellent, and the service across most areas was outstanding. Dining was a highlight. Fantino, The Club Grill, and the beachfront restaurants (Casitas/Caribe Bar & Grill) all delivered excellent food and service. Cesar stood out, and the chef was extremely accommodating with our dietary requirements, which we really appreciated. The spa is also excellent, with great facilities including the cold plunge, jacuzzi, and high-quality massages. Breakfast was good but felt slightly limited in variety. We did have a small issue with one staff member during breakfast, but the service manager, Samuel, handled it very professionally and resolved things quickly. A couple of practical notes: hotel taxis are on the expensive side, though expected. Uber felt safe and reliable. Car rental via the hotel was smooth but slightly premium. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return.

The best part about this resort is the staff. Everyone here is super friendly an go out of their way to help you. It was our first time in Cancun and we absolutely loved the experience. Do remember hag it’s not an all inclusive resort but they do have the option. Ask them about it if you’re interested, although we didn’t go for all inclusive. We like the freedom to choose!

Property is great showing little sign of age but classical style of 5 star hotel. Breakfast was great especially Angel had us covered every day. Heated pools and great beach . Not too busy which makes it easy to enjoy the pools beaches and food options. Be ready to spend top $ for food and drinks which are exceptionally prepared.
